Ewing sarcoma (ES) is an aggressive paediatric cancer with a significant unmet medical need, particularly for patients with metastatic or relapsed disease. New therapeutic approaches capable of selectively targeting tumour cells are urgently needed. Aptadel Therapeutics is developing an RNA-based targeted therapeutic platform based on aptamers, with the aim of selectively addressing tumour-associated targets and enabling the development of novel therapeutic conjugates.
