Information for poster presenters

Posters will be displayed in physical format at the Exhibition Hall.  

In addition, poster presenters will be able to register their e-Posters. All registrants will have access to the e-Posters through the e-Poster Virtual Room that the organization will enable at the XV SDDN meeting website.

XV SDDN Meeting: SLAS Poster Award

The Society for Laboratory Automation and Screening (SLAS) is proud to award an SLAS Tony B. Travel Award to the most outstanding poster presented at the XV Spanish Drug Discovery Network Meeting. 

As part of the SLAS Poster Award selection, a limited number of posters will be selected for an oral flash presentation in the Main Auditorium on Monday 20th.  If you are interested in being selected, please come prepared with your presentation!!

Preparing your poster

Printed Posters. 

Panels to hang up physical posters will be sized 0.85 m (wide ↔)  x 1.20 m (high ↑), portrait

e-Posters. 

  • PPT (Power Point Presentation), .jpg o .pdf files
  • Size: 1,920 x 1,080 px. or 67.73 x 38.1 cm
  • Each poster cannot exceed 10 Megabytes.

How to submit your poster

 Title and abstrat of posters , as well as  e-posters will be sent to the Technical Secretariat:

Once submitted, the reception will be notified and the e-Poster will be available for viewing and editing by the authors whenever necessary.
To be accepted, authors should submit at least a title and abstract. Nevertheless, it is recommended the submission of the full content. The organization will only upload the information submitted before the deadline.
